Un-vegan-believable® Buttery Brussel Sprouts

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free


  • 1 pound Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


  1. Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until butter is lightly browned. Add Brussel sprouts cut side down. Cover and cook at medium heat for approximately 10 mins or until fork tender and nicely browned.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for additional minute.
