Un-vegan-believable® Buttery Brussel Sprouts
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free
- 1 pound Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until butter is lightly browned. Add Brussel sprouts cut side down. Cover and cook at medium heat for approximately 10 mins or until fork tender and nicely browned.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for additional minute.
